Omakase

A Japanese dining style in which the diner entrusts the menu to the chef, who serves seasonal dishes in a sequence of courses. Omakase emphasizes trust and craftsmanship, and high-end omakase counters, particularly sushi, have become destinations for luxury diners in Manila and other major cities.
