Spike Lee: Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M

Loyal Knicks supporter Spike Lee strapped on an Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M in the team colors for Game Four, with the 45.5 mm piece decked out in a mix of blue and orange ceramic. 

Timothée Chalamet: Urban Jürgensen UJ-1

Timothée Chalamet showed off his go-to Urban Jürgensen courtside during Game Four.
