Yesterday, Patek Philippe opened the doors of its latest Grand Exhibition in Milan, and with it came the unveiling of seven new references for the Italian market. Like all of its previous exhibitions—in Dubai, Munich, London, New York, Singapore, and Tokyo—the releases dropped in timing with the events are exclusive to the markets in which they are held. This time around, there were perpetual calendars and minute repeaters, as well as a new iteration of the Ref. 5167 Aquanaut, all in hues paying tribute to the Italian flag, as well as the first model to combine the company’s instantaneous perpetual calendar with a chronograph in the Ref. 5978P. Every piece is inscribed on the caseback with “Patek Philippe Milano 2026” to mark the occasion, and all, of course, are extremely limited. More on those below.
