MB&F is expanding its Evo legacy. The watchmaker has just unveiled a successor to its original Evo design, a double chronograph that hosts split-second, independent, lap timer and even a “chess match” timing modes, forming a combo that had never before been seen in a chronograph. Now, the new LM (which stands for Legacy Machine) Sequential Flyback Evo ups the ante: The model comes with dual flyback functions, as well as a tilted time dial. MB&F has been on quite the journey to hit this milestone. The original LM Sequential EVO was created alongside independent maker Stephen McDonnell in 2022; he had wanted to add a flyback function on both chronographs of the original model, but it had proven to be too complex at the time with all the additional new elements—like the twin chronograph..
