The evening started with welcome cocktails, as guests from Security Bank’s Wealth and World client groups anticipated the evening ahead. The iconic chef-led establishment fostered an elegant and intimate atmosphere, the perfect setting for individuals who share a taste for the exceptional.
Yvette Fernandez, Chief of Editorial Content of Robb Report Philippines, shared the publication’s vision: to celebrate fine living. She touched on the publication’s slate of curated experiences, including the exclusive launch of its Premiere issue at Amanpulo earlier this year, also in partnership with Security Bank.

Next, a choice between a classic Caesar salad with 36-month-aged Parmesan, slow-cooked egg, anchovies, and croutons—or a crispy crab cake with caviar, paired with a poached hen’s egg and hollandaise. These were complemented by Condor Peak Sauvignon Blanc from Argentina.
