The island’s guests can anticipate revamped dining options, with the Bali Village’s Warung, Costa del Sol Village’s Casa Grande, and Han-Gang Mama Lee offering new menus. Balesin City

Balesin Key also grants members access to The City Club, three floors of leisure, relaxation, and work spaces in Ayala Avenue Extension, the heart of Makati’s Central Business District. The eight specialty restaurants at Balesin Island have restaurants in the Club as well.

Members can also avail of The City Club’s many entertainment facilities, including a Health Bar, screening room, indoor children’s playroom, and swimming pool. Balesin City also offers its members a number of fitness facilities, with various sports courts available for use (including a pickleball court!)

Balesin Pines

For those who prefer a mountain escape, Balesin Pines, the newest addition to Alphaland’s portfolio, is ready to welcome guests this April. The property features 18 one-bedroom accommodations, a fully-equipped gym, and Balesin’s signature Leea Spa. 

Guests can also look forward to a climate-controlled indoor swimming pool and a soon-to-open 1.2 km hiking trail fit for both beginner and experienced hikers. Yum Cha and La Réserve will provide Asian and Continental dining options, respectively. Two helipads will also provide convenient access to the property. 

Memberships start at Php 1.9 million for the first 100 buyers, which includes eight free villa nights redeemable across the three exclusive properties.
