Holiday dinners take on a different character when the setting is as considered as the menu. Gentle lighting, inviting tables, and a warm and nostalgic ambience with traditional decorations create an experience that feels special before the first toast is made.

This year, one place in Manila has set out to deliver exactly that: Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill Philippines at Newport World Resorts, which has transformed itself into an immersive ode to British festive tradition. If you’re searching for the holiday dinner to book, whether for family, friends, or a corporate celebration, this is the one that should be at the very top of your list.

The private rooms are decorated for the season by Randy Lazaro. The overall feel is very traditional, warm, and festive.

This season, Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill is all decked out for the holidays: in collaboration with events stylist and curator Randy Lazaro, the restaurant’s private dining rooms have been redecorated as intimate British Christmas salons—warm and cozy, but still unmistakably English. Tartan drapes, forest green and cherry-red accents, soft lighting, and touches of old-world charm set the stage for celebrations in style and are designed to seat 10 guests per room or 20 when both private rooms are combined. The package includes special tokens prepared by the restaurant for those who book on Christmas and New Year.

The restaurant just launched its holiday-themed menu, running until January 4, 2026. The restaurant’s offers its first-ever holiday turkey feast (Php16,000), with all the trimmings: a golden, aromatic, juicy turkey comes with beef fat-roasted potatoes, caramel-sweet baby carrots, braised red cabbage, Brussels sprouts, cranberry jelly, and rich chicken jus. It serves up to six guests, making it a beautifully proportioned option for intimate celebrations or the perfect anchor to a luxurious holiday table.

Sharing the spotlight is the debut of the Whole Beef Wellington Log (Php29,888), Gordon Ramsay’s iconic dish. Wrapped in pastry, roasted to perfection, and presented tableside with the finesse expected of the Ramsay name, it’s the kind of dish that turns a holiday celebration into an event.

The menu’s à la carte offerings deliver equally compelling choices. The Kale & Quinoa Christmas Wreath Salad (Php988), which is, of course, meticulously arranged like a wreath, offers a refreshing, gorgeously arranged hearty starter; the Roasted Turkey Breast provides a more individual take on the classic (at Php1,500, it’s a plated serving, perfect for those who may not want to commit to a whole bird; it does, however, have a serving of all the delicious sides).

You don’t have to order a whole turkey to partake of the holiday cheer: turkey is also available as a serving per person. Gordon Ramsay Bar and Grill

Gordon’s Traditional Christmas Pudding (Php680) arrives as a nostalgic, spirited finale.

No holiday experience is complete without drinks that match the mood, and the restaurant’s cocktail lineup (Php550/glass) is crafted expressly for celebration. Guests can warm up with the Homemade Mulled Wine, savor the dessert-meets-cocktail indulgence of the Baileys Gingerbread Espresso Affogato Martini, or opt for the cheerful sparkle of the Christmas Bauble Martini. Prefer some bubbly? Midnight Glitter—a sparkling wine cocktail lifted by St-Germain—delivers glamour in a glass.
