Louis Vuitton has spent over a decade turning a hard case into one of football's most recognizable icons. As the 104 matches by 48 teams in the 2026 FIFA World Cup, hosted for the first time across three nations—Canada, Mexico, and the United States, where 6 million fans have attended matches already—unfold in real time, the House has confirmed its role as Official Supplier and Branded Licensee, and with it, a new edition of the Trophy Trunk built to carry the tournament's trophy onto the pitch at the final. The trunk, made at Louis Vuitton's historic ateliers in Asnières-sur-Seine outside Paris, follows a formula the House has refined since its first Trophy Trunk appeared in 2010. Monogram canvas wraps the exterior, with two front panels hand-painted in a golden "V" that nods equally to the Vuitton name and to victory, echoing the trophy's own gold tones.
