Offbeat Bistro, located at Ayala Triangle Gardens in Makati, is the latest concept from chef Don Baldosano, known for the beloved Filipino private dining restaurant Linamnam, and food editor and chef Angelo Comsti. This casual eatery offers a retro-Filipino dining experience, drawing inspiration from nostalgic flavors and childhood favorites.
