Time to Fly: Singapore Airlines Is Making Your Next Escape Even More Rewarding
We can picture it already. A summer in Tuscany, a long weekend at Yalong Bay, or perhaps even a return to the Maldives may be worth planning a little earlier this year. Singapore Airlines brings back its Time to Fly Virtual Travel Fair, with promotional fares of up to 37 percent off and a considerably broader collection of privileges built around the journey.
“Time to Fly Virtual Travel Fair 2026 is one of the ways through which Singapore Airlines demonstrates our ongoing commitment to making world-class travel experience more accessible to Filipino customers,” says Liwei Tai, general manager of Singapore Airlines Philippines, at the fair’s launch.
She adds: “And through our Singapore hub, Changi Airport, we provide Filipinos with excellent connectivity, premium service, and memorable journeys from the Philippines to destinations worldwide.”
Among the destinations highlighted by Singapore Airlines are Melbourne, London, Paris, Phuket, the Maldives, Singapore, and Madrid, the carrier’s latest addition to its network. Connections are routed through Changi Airport, with SIA currently operating five daily services from Manila and a daily Cebu-Singapore flight.
This year, Singapore Airlines also pushes the fair further into the lifestyle territory that increasingly surrounds premium travel. Mastercard serves as the exclusive payments and privileges partner, layering dining, retail, hotel, and destination benefits onto eligible bookings.
“We are delighted to partner with Singapore Airlines as the exclusive payments partner and privileges partner for this year’s travel fair. For Mastercard cardholders, this partnership brings together the things that matter when planning a trip,” notes Grace Gloria, business development manager at Mastercard Philippines.
Eligible Mastercard users who spend at least P30,000 earn P2,500 in dining gift certificates, while a minimum P60,000 spend comes with P5,000 in shopping or dining certificates and a complimentary one-night stay at Fairmont Makati. Singapore-bound travelers, on the other hand, can receive up to SGD100 in eCapitaVouchers for CapitaLand malls and earn up to SGD130 in Resort Dollars at Marina Bay Sands.
In addition, EastWest Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Mastercard cardholders receive another layer of incentives, including cash rebates reaching P5,000 depending on spend. Those who charge at least P120,000 in a single transaction during the September 18-to-20 presale even receive KrisFlyer Elite Gold status for one year. Purchases of at least P50,000 may also be placed on six-month, zero-percent installment plans.
Apart from the flight itself, partner offers encompass discounts at The Travel Club and Rustan’s, Grab vouchers, and hotel deals from brands including Ascott, Citadines, Somerset, Lyf, Grand Hyatt Manila, and The Reef Island Resort Mactan Cebu. Anyone already planning ahead for 2027 should find the timing especially useful.
Travelers can explore the Time to Fly Virtual Travel Fair from September 21 to October 15, with select members receiving early access from September 18. Bookings are available through singaporeair.com and the SingaporeAir app using the code FLYSQ2027. More information here.
