Skytrax has announced its 2026 rankings for the world’s best First Class and Business Class airlines, placing Air France and Qatar Airways at the head of premium air travel. The results, announced during a gala ceremony at The Langham in London, come from Skytrax’s annual global passenger-satisfaction survey, conducted between September 2025 and August 2026. According to the 2025–2026 World Airline Awards methodology, travelers representing more than 100 nationalities evaluated over 300 airlines. They scored cabin service, seats, lounges, dining, entertainment, cleanliness, and airport services. Singapore Airlines placed first in overall rankings, moving to the top spot from #2 last year to Airline of the Year.
