At Red Lantern, the festivities unfold through the Bites of Prosperity offering, available February 16 and 17, where an abundant dim sum spread sets the tone for the holiday. Guests can also opt for a brunch experience featuring roasted Peking duck, honey-glazed barbecue pork, and roasted pork belly alongside an array of classic dishes. The restaurant extends the celebration beyond the dining room with Fortune Boxes designed for sharing at home, filled with auspicious treats such as koi-shaped tikoy, yuanbao-shaped radish cakes, and an assortment of traditional tarts in flavors including red bean, pineapple, carrot, and wintermelon for Php 3,088++ per box.

Fresh, the resort’s all-day dining venue, presents a Lunar New Year buffet on February 17 that brings together familiar celebratory dishes in a relaxed setting. Longevity noodles, dumplings, and steamed fish are served alongside unlimited lobster, while a dessert station features glutinous rice cakes and other festive sweets. The spread is designed to accommodate both family gatherings and larger groups looking to mark the occasion over a leisurely meal.

Beyond the restaurants, Solaire Resort North offers a seasonal staycation package that extends the holiday atmosphere into an overnight escape. Guests are welcomed with festive amenities, including a horse plushie keychain, fortune cookies, and golden coin desserts, setting a celebratory tone from arrival. The package includes daily buffets at Fresh for two adults and two children, along with dining credits at Red Lantern, creating an easy way to experience the resort’s culinary offerings over the course of a stay.
