Real estate thrill seekers would do well to take a peek at this coastal Mexican abode. The $4.5 million property in Zihuatanejo, just an hour from Mexico City, is built right into the rugged cliffside, and upon arrival, you don’t even realize the house is there. A simple shelter serves as a carport, and from there, a bridge that seemingly extends into the horizon actually leads to a concrete-encased elevator shaft that ferries you down to the upper level of the residence, which then cascades down toward the ocean. Though a separate stairway makes a less spine-tingling zigzag down from the parking area, the abode, which is being marketed in the United States by Tracy Tutor at Compass, certainly isn’t for the faint of heart.
