We already knew Russell Crowe was into watches, having spotted him wearing the ultra-rare off-catalog Rolex Daytona “Le Mans” and other beauties by Patek and the like. But a new TikTok video has revealed the sheer scale of his watch collection.

The New Zealand-born, Australian-raised actor, acclaimed for his performances in Gladiator, The Insider, and A Beautiful Mind, among other films, showed off his watches of choice for the Southern Hemisphere’s summer in a minute-long clip on the social media platform. The video was shared by an unverified account called “IGP366” that Crowe appears to have created to talk about his band, Indoor Garden Party, and watches.

“Now I’m not going to show you my entire watch collection,” the actor says at the beginning of the clip. “That would take quite some time because I’m literally obsessed and have been for a long time. But this is my current rotation.”

The seven timepieces span the full spectrum of haute horlogerieHaute HorlogerieA French term meaning high watchmaking, referring to the finest mechanical timepieces, characterized by complex movements, painstaking hand finishing, and limited production. Haute horlogerie represents the highest level of theGo to Haute Horlogerie Glossary, with sports watches like Omega Seamasters and Rolex Daytonas sitting alongside dress watches such as the Jaeger LeCoultre Reverso. Six out of the seven feature blue dials, which makes sense given this is Crowe’s summer selection. Three of the seven are Rollies, suggesting that the actor favors the Crown’s creations. But the watch Russell says he’s wearing most often? That comes courtesy of Rolex’s little brother: the 41 mm “Flamingo-blue” Tudor Black Bay Chrono.

Below, we take a closer look at each piece.

Omega Seamaster Diver 60 Years of James Bond

Crowe starts by flashing the Omega Seamaster Diver 300M 60 Years of James Bond, which he says he bought because he wanted him and his tennis doubles partner at the time to have a “psychological edge of wearing matching watches.” The stainless-steel timepiece is one of two commemorative editions that the Swiss watchmaker released in 2022 in honor of 007’s legacy. It features several nods to the film franchise, along with a rich blue dial inspired by the watch Bond wore in GoldenEye. Crowe is particularly fond of the mesh-style Milanese bracelet, adding, “It wears beautifully, man.” It retails for $9,400.

Maurice de Mauriac Rallymaster III

Crowe says he’s a big fan of the Milanese bracelet, showing off a Maurice de Mauriac with the same kind of strap next. Unveiled in 2024, the Rallymaster III is dedicated to Wimbledon and features a green dial in honor of the grass court, along with other tennis-related touches. It was limited to 100 pieces, which were each priced at a relatively modest 2,200 Swiss francs (about $2,860).

Rolex Cosmograph Daytona

Crowe is clearly a tennis enthusiast, pulling up a Rolex Daytona that he wore to Wimbledon next. Unveiled at Watches and Wonders in 2025, this contemporary, colorful take on the classic 1960s Daytona features a 40 mm yellow-gold case, a turquoise Tiffany-esque dial with black subdials, a black Cerachrom bezel with tachymetric scale, and a black Oysterflex strap. It’s priced at $40,600. “There’s just something about the Tiffany blue that really gets to me,” he says in the video, “and what I love is if you wear this with a suit, whenever it sort of sneaks out from under the suit sleeve, it always draws people’s eye.”

Tudor Black Bay Chrono Flamingo Blue

Crowe then reveals his “daily” at the moment: the Tudor Black Bay Chrono “Flamingo Blue.” Released in 2025, the 41 mm steel chronographChronographA watch complication that incorporates a stopwatch function, controlled by pushers on the case and displayed on small subdials. Originally developed for timing events, the chronograph remains popular for itsGo to Chronograph Glossary channels the vibes of South Beach, Miami, with a bright blue turquoise dial. It is a favorite among celebs Mark Wahlberg and David Beckham, with Crowe stating that he reaches for it “pretty much most days of the week now.” It retails for $6,675.

Rolex Sky-Dweller

Crowe’s next flex is a Rolex Sky-Dweller featuring a 42 mm Everose gold case and blue dial with a 24-hour rotating disc for a second time zone. “It really is a gorgeous, gorgeous watch,” he notes. This particular variation is no longer on the Crown’s website, but you can get a similar one with a blue-green dial for $60,700.

Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Tribute Geographic

His current dress watch of choice for dinners or special occasions is the Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Tribute Geographic. On the front of the steel timepiece is a patented “Grande Date” display, while on the back lies a world time complication. “So it has this beautiful little complication on the back,” he says, “but if I’m wearing this, I never think to flip it over because I just love that face.” It will set you back $22,800.

Rolex 1908

Crowe finishes up by revealing the watch that really got to him this year: the Rolex 1908. Released in 2024, his particular reference showcases a 39 mm platinum case, an ice-blue dial with a guilloché rice-grain motif, and a brown leather strap. “I just absolutely love this watch,” he adds. You can pick one up for $33,600.
