The Edition Singapore Spent a few nights at The Edition hotel in Singapore, an oasis of calm just steps away from the hustle and bustle of Orchard Road, and a short walk from the Singapore Botanic Garden. My room, minimally decorated with white damask bed linens, white furnishings, and a white carpet on oak-planked floors, looked out into an inner courtyard filled with greenery. Loved the foliage theme around the property too, with large fronds of palm and other flora filling the public spaces and hanging from the ceilings in atriums filled with light. Woke up extra early to make sure I had time for breakfast before the activities of the day—laksa, ratcheted up a notch by replacing the traditional shrimp with lobster, a selection of local colorful kueh among the Danish pastries, and my favorite pandan chiffon cake. - Yvette Fernandez, Chief of Editorial Content Book your visit through..
