Mandarin Oriental has expanded its Exceptional Homes collection with ten new private residences, bringing the global total to 35 homes across 14 destinations. The additions introduce Florence, Sardinia, and Marbella as new locations for the portfolio, as well as adding one more property in Puglia. Each residence is privately owned and chosen for its location, architecture, and capacity to support Mandarin Oriental’s service model, including dedicated concierge support, private-chef options, daily housekeeping, and bespoke itineraries. Together, the homes reflect the brand’s push into longer-stay, high-end private accommodation that sits alongside its hotel and resort portfolio. “As the collection grows, our focus remains on introducing destinations that extend our global reach while maintaining the privacy, discretion, and level of service our guests associate with Mandarin Oriental,” says Philip Leighton, Head of Mandarin Oriental Exceptional Homes.
