Back in 2020—the same year she starred in and coproduced Wonder Woman 1984 and was also ranked by Forbes as the third highest-paid actress with earnings of $31.5 million—Gal Gadot picked up an oceanfront penthouse in the heart of Malibu, between Nobu and the beach city’s landmarked pier. Gadot purchased the vacation digs from Bui Simon for $5 million, almost $4.2 million more than the Thai philanthropist and former Miss Universe paid for the property in the early 1990s when she was just 25 years old and still many years away from marrying billionaire real estate developer and Indiana Pacers owner Herbert Simon. Now the place has once again returned to the market, this time for $8.75 million. Benjamin Illulian of Illulian Realty holds the listing.
