Robb Report Philippines held its first Privé event in partnership with Arthaland earlier this month, welcoming a select group of guests to the developer’s Eluria Show Suite at Bonifacio Global City for a private, by-invitation preview. Designed as a curated introduction, the evening gave guests rare access to Eluria’s residential vision for refined city living in Makati.

Privé centered on a private tour of the Eluria Show Suite, the showroom of Eluria, Arthaland’s ultra-limited residential address in Makati City. Located at 119 Rada Street in Legazpi Village, Eluria features only 37 limited-edition residences, giving the project a rare sense of privacy within one of the city’s most established neighborhoods.

Guests were guided through the Show Suite by Arthaland Marketing Group Head Pam Go, who introduced Eluria as a low-density residential tower designed for privacy, wellness, and white-glove hospitality. The tour highlighted how Eluria’s architecture, amenities, environmental features, and personal service come together in daily living. With Eluria’s personalized white-glove butler services courtesy of internationally-trained Hospitality Directors present during the evening, guests were able to see how the project’s ethos extends beyond design and into thoughtful, everyday hospitality.

The room brought together leaders from dining, design, entertainment, designer furnishings, and construction. Among Privé‘s notable guests include Wildflour Hospitality Group President and CEO Ana Lorenzana de Ocampo, Kuysen Creative Director and Head Interior Designer Marleen Go-Uyecio, and Eric and Emelda Teng, founders of Mango Tree Philippines and leaders of one of the country’s major multi-brand restaurant groups.

The evening also welcomed Wilbros Live President and CEO Winston Llamas and COO Glenn Llamas, Opulence Design Concept President Gerry Sy, Furnitalia founder and Gruppo Mobili Philippines Managing Director Florence Ko, and MC Geometric Proportions owners Mike and Charmaine Lagman. Their presence reflected Eluria’s appeal to guests who bring discernment to prestige real estate.

Chele Catering added to the evening’s sense of ease with a menu designed for conversation and developed exclusively for Robb Report Philippines. Calamansi Refreshers and Guava Mockaritas opened the night, followed by canapés such as truffle macarons, wagyu tarts with foie gras, scallop and cauliflower tartlets, and mango pavlova. A carving station and a premium wine selection rounded out the gathering.

Where Eluria Comes Into View

Eluria’s design draws from the idea of a contemporary tree house, with vertical gardens, balconies, and generous daylight throughout the residences. Its facade combines light-colored precast concrete with wood and bronze tones, giving the tower a warm, composed presence in Legazpi Village. That design language continues inside the Eluria Show Suite, which was designed by renowned interior designer Jigs Adefuin and features curated works by Filipino masters like National Artist Arturo Luz, Eduardo Castrillo, and Justin Nuyda.

Eluria’s low-density configuration is one of the clearest takeaways from the tour. With only a maximum of two residences per floor, each home is designed for privacy, generous daylight, and better airflow. The collection includes three-bedroom North and South Residences, two five-bedroom Garden Residences, and a five-bedroom Penthouse Suite.

One of Eluria’s strongest differentiators is its white-glove service. Led by Hospitality Directors trained through The International Butler Academy in the Netherlands, the program brings Arthaland’s “Human Touch, Perfected” philosophy into daily residential life. The presence of the butler team during Robb Report’s Privé gave guests a firsthand sense of that promise, showing how the impeccable service at Eluria is designed to feel attentive, yet unobtrusive.

Eluria’s amenities extend the residence beyond the private home. The lounge, function room, fitness center, heated saltwater pool, children’s playroom, roof deck, and potager garden give residents space to host, move, unwind, and retreat.

Sustainability and wellness, of course, are central to the project. Eluria is pre-certified LEED Gold and registered and on track for EDGE, BERDE, and WELL certifications. The tower even incorporates energy-efficient lighting, a double-glazed Low-E facade, rainwater management, EV-ready parking spaces, bicycle facilities, improved air filtration, low-emitting materials, and open spaces designed to support biodiversity.

A space at the Eluria Show Suite features Arturo Luz’s Carnival Forms, reinforcing the project’s dialogue between Filipino art, design, and refined residential living. Ed Simon

Its Rada Street address places Eluria in one of Makati’s most established residential pockets, close to Greenbelt, Ayala Avenue, Makati Medical Center, Legazpi Active Park, Washington SyCip Park, and key hotels, restaurants, schools, and cultural destinations. The location keeps residents connected to the city while preserving the privacy of a more considered address.

As guests moved through the space, the evening pointed to Arthaland’s vision for more intentional city living. Eluria presents a home designed not only to impress, but to support everyday life through thoughtful design, craftsmanship, wellness, and service that feels deeply personal without any of the intrusions.
